CV Assistance Services Terms & Conditions

The use of CV Assistance Services offered by Crewashore LLC are governed by the terms and conditions
set forth below.

By making use of our CV assistance service, you are indicating you agree with our terms and conditions.
The following agreement is written for Crewashore LLC Clients. We ask that you accept our Terms and
Conditions before the process starts, not to inconvenience you, rather to make sure that there are no
surprises and so that you end up satisfied with or services.

 1.Definitions

  • “Applicant” shall mean the person or agency or entity for which services are performed.
    – “Documents” shall mean the passport, application and any supporting documentation provided by
    the Applicant.
    – “Services” shall mean the carriage and/or service performed or arranged by Crewashore LLC.
    – “Website” is the online database, (www.crewsashore.com and www.crewsashorejobs.com) known
    as Crewsashore as maintained and run by us..
    – Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing any gender
    include all genders and words importing a person include company and corporation where
    appropriate.

2. By placing an order with Crewashore LLC, you, the Client, agree to accept our Terms and Conditions. 

3. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice, and your
continued use of our services following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such
change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions of Use regularly for changes. If you
do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions of Use you must immediately stop using
our services.

4. Furthermore, your access to and use of Crewashore LLC is subject exclusively and strictly to our Terms
and Conditions.

5. No contract subsists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any
reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any services at any time. All prices are subject to change at
any time prior to your order being accepted and are subject to change without notice. We will not be
liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any services or changing
any prices.

6. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms, conditions or policies.

7. Turnaround Times
7.1 The following clauses relate purely to our CV design services.
7.2 We can only commence work on an order once you have paid for your order and your payment
reflects in our account (account number 8981 4482 3973). Our turnaround times are timed from the
point at which we receive your payment.

8. Delivery
8.1 CVs will be completed within 2-workdays.
8.2 During periods of high demand, orders may take longer to be completed.
8.3 Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
8.4 Failure by us to write/design and/or deliver your order will entitle you to a refund. We cannot be
held liable for any further losses incurred as a result of failure to meet these timescales.
Please note no refunds will be due for orders that have been delivered, we will edit/update your
document for free if there is an issue with your CV/Portfolio from our side..

9. Edits can take anywhere from a day to a week depending on volumes received on a particular day.

10. Payments
10.1 Payment is required in full for all orders. For increased online payment security, we do not
collect credit card details on this site, we will provide you with an invoice once your order has been
placed successfully. Please email proof of payment to accounts@crewsashore.com and use your
order number as a reference to allow us to allocate your payment.
10.2 We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of unpaid orders and we are not obliged to
inform you of the refusal.
10.3 The client agrees to bear any international payment fees or charges imposed by their bank or
financial institution when making payments to Crewashore LLC. The company shall not be responsible
for any such fees incurred by the client. The company will only proceed with providing the requested
service once the full amount of the service fee, as agreed upon, is received and confirmed in the
company’s designated bank account. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the total payment
reflects in the company’s bank account, after deducting any applicable international payment fees.

11. Deliveries
11.1 In the unlikely event that you do not receive your CV please contact us
at info@crewsashore.com and our help desk representatives will assist you promptly.
11.2 Your CV will be delivered to you in PDF format.
11.3 We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries.

12. We cannot accept liability for incorrect information you provide to us. No information verification will
be done, we trust that the information you provide to us is accurate.

13. Cancellation & Returns Policy
13.1 After an order has been place and payment has been received, we are unable to refund you
after cancellations .

14. Edits
14.1 Crewashore LLC will only accept responsibility if the error on your CV is a result of a fault on our
part in which case we will correct the error and resend your CV at no additional charge to you.
14.2 As part of your purchase you get 3 free edits that include and are limited to change of existing
information e.g. telephone number, or spelling and grammar errors. Your free edits are valid for 30
days post-purchase.
14.3 Any additional edits will be charged an admin fee of $10 and adding new information will be
quoted based on addition/s required.
14.4 You can log edits by emailing info@crewsashore.com your order number should be quoted on
the subject field and a copy of the CV in question can be attached, please also provide a full
description of the error including the correct information to replace the existing changing/incorrect
information.

15. We endeavor to respond to all correspondence, including complaints, within a maximum of 2
working days from receipt. All complaints must be made in writing by
emailing info@crewsashore.com our telephone staff are not authorized to handle such matters.

16. Delivery Format
Files emailed to you will be in PDF format. We cannot be held liable for incompatibility issues with a
user’s individual computer set-up although we do undertake to assist as best we are able in
resolving any such issues and will provide alternative, more suitable formats if we are able to do so.

17. Email Dispatch
It should be noted that we cannot accept any liability for late delivery of emails or for the failure of
emails to arrive since the delivery of emails depends on too many external factors beyond our
control. We will however gladly resend an email containing your paid CV should there be delivery

18. Disclaimer
18.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when any purchase was
made, for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part and for business losses and/or
losses to non-consumers. It is limited for loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover, or other special,
incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages however caused and regardless of theory of
liability. This limitation will apply even if we have been advised of, or are aware of, the possibility of
such damages.
18.2 Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and
suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages,
reasonable losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these
Terms & Conditions of Use by you or other liabilities arising out of your use of our services.

19. GOVERNING LAW; EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION
19.1 Choice of Law – The laws of the State of Florida shall govern any dispute arising out of this
agreement.
19.2 Forum Selection – All disputes and suits arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to a
court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, FL.
19.3 Consent to Jurisdiction – The contracting parties hereto agree that the forum selection clause
and choice of law provisions also constitute a waiver of any argument or defense based on lack of
personal jurisdiction.
