Purser / 78m(255ft) / Rotation

Crewsashore is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Purser to join a 70m MY. This world-traveling vessel offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for a driven individual looking to advance their career in the luxury yachting industry. The yacht operates privately and travels extensively, providing a unique opportunity to visit extraordinary destinations around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all administrative and financial operations onboard, including accounting, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
• Handle crew logistics, including contracts, travel arrangements, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee guest preferences and ensure seamless communication between guests, crew, and shoreside support.
• Manage provisioning, inventory, and purchasing for both crew and guest needs.
• Maintain clear and accurate records for customs, immigration, and port documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain and Heads of Departments to support daily operations.
• Organize guest itineraries and ensure smooth execution of activities and events onboard.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Purser on a similar-sized yacht or relevant luxury hospitality experience.
• Strong financial management skills with proficiency in accounting and budgeting software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Discreet, professional, and service-oriented mindset.
• STCW and ENG1 certifications are required.
• Fluent in English
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions. (Valid B1B2 & Schengen visa)
